Formed in 2010, Inivo has rapidly become a healthcare sector recruitment specialist within London and surrounding counties by demonstrating a real understanding of our clients’ needs in health and social care.

rebranded from Metrocare to Inivo

Founded in 2010 under its original name Metrocare and quickly formed a strong reputation in London for the best quality staff within nursing homes and social care, specialising in elderly care, learning disabilities, and mental health.

Inivo relocated to hounslow

Significant market share gained with the award of regional contracts with care national providers.

Relocated to a new larger office suite in Hounslow. Opening of a new division providing support workers into homeless and substance misuse projects throughout London.

A defining year for the business, the company announced new investors HBRIDA would join the board. HBRIDA had over 100 staff in 11 offices throughout the UK and employed over 3000 locums with hundreds of permanent placements every year.

Strategic rebrand to Inivo and became “the” healthcare brand of the group and formed part of an elite portfolio.

Growth achieved by investing in a specialist Nursing Agency. Now able to offer coverage across London and the South East area’s in all health and social care disciplines.

Double-digit growth continued through the acquisition of new national clients, 12 consultants now working from our new offices in Hounslow Treaty Centre.

Internal headcount exceeding 20, with a temporary locum base now approaching 500 and growing every week; out performing expectations.

Need to demonstrate compliance adherence increases in the sector, our abilities proven by award independent business audit through Tempo of 100%.

Joined RIDA Group, a great business of specialist recruitment companies and professionals. Chaired by CEO Helen Reynolds, previous Acting Chief Executive of the REC.

A fantastic year so far! With new clients, zero client loses in 5 years and a growing experienced workforce, both internally and with our valuable locums, we are very happy!

The Inivo office is now fully open 7 days a week! And we provide 24 hour service.

Training and compliance is so important to the business. Q1 see launch of a training platform ‘Webnurse’ to support Nurses with training and Revalidation, plus HCA’s and Support Workers with the new Care Certificate. This is at no cost to locums and includes online, face to face training and qualification opportunities.
